1. The owner of System www.eurocargonet.eu (further in text System) is company “Logistics Consulting Service” registered in Commercial register of Republic of Latvia on May 26th, 2006 under registration number 40003828353.
2. User must learn rules for use before using the System. By registering into the System, user confirms that he has learned and is willing to follow the rules.
3. Unauthorized entrance into the System is prohibited by legal acts being in force. In case of statement such action, owner of the System has statutory power to inform legal organizations and deny entrance to System from defined IP address as well.
4. It is necessary to register for using fully-featured advantages of the System.
5. Information requested in registration form must be entered. Information must be correct and true.
6. Each registration form is being verified after registration to avoid false information in the System.
7. If the information in registration form is correct and true, System access confirmation is sent to user.
8. If the information in registration form is not correct or false, additional request to user is sent or user registration is not being confirmed.
9. Access to the System is provided in 48 hours after filling- in the registration form.
10. It is not allowed to add untrue or consciously false information into the System.
11. It is not allowed to add or send in System information which can abuse any of System’s users.
12. It is not allowed for System’s users to add many identical offers for the same period of validity.
13. It is prohibited to use any of automatic systems or robots for System access without written confirmation from System owner.
14. System owner is not responsible for information content added to System.
15. If System user is breaking the rules of System using, System administrator is allowed without any prior notice to delete false information added to System and temporary or in general forbid access to the System.
16. System is available 24/7. System administrator has rights to limit or temporary stop ability to use a System for System upgrade, nevertheless interruption cannot prolong more than one working day a month.
